
2009-2010 Hockey Season

Registration for the 2009/2010 Hockey Season and Hockey School will be taking place at Glen Cairn Arena on the following dates: SATURDAY, SEPTEMBER 19th and 26th from 9–12 NOON; and on WEDNESDAY, SEPTEMBER 23th from 6:30-9pm. Due to a limited selection of loaner equipment, those players who need to borrow equipment must register during the scheduled registration dates above.
Hockey Games will begin Saturday and Sunday October 3rd and 4th at Glen Cairn Arena. You will be notified of definite dates and times for your division at the time of registration.
Hockey School runs Wednesdays from 6-7pm at Farquharson Arena and begins on Wednesday, September 30th. Due to a limited amount of space, those who are interested in signing up are encouraged to register during the scheduled registration dates. The fee for the upcoming hockey school program will be $50.00 per player.
All players are required to wear full hockey equipment to participate. Sweater and socks will be provided by the league.
Registration, Health Forms, and Waivers: (completed and signed by parent or legal guardian for insurance reasons) must be received before a player is allowed on the ice. Please ensure that one of your parents or legal guardians are with you at the time of registration. We need you registered before October 1st to ensure a place on the team. PLEASE REMEMBER TO BRING ALL FORMS FOR REGISTRATION. A letter from the player’s teacher/learning support teacher or a copy of the players I.E.P or I.P.R.C stating the players need for a modified or accommodated program, will also be required at the time of registration. These rules will be strictly adhered to!

All cheques or money orders should be made payable to George Bray Sports Association Inc. Registration fees for the 2009-2010 Season are as follows: $150.00 for JUNIOR, $155.00 for INTERMEDIATE, and $160.00 for SENIOR. There is a separate $10 fundraiser fee that can be recovered through ticket sales. Tickets for the fundraiser will be distributed at time of registration. IMPORTANT: Please have the $10 fundraiser fee separate from the registration fee when performing payment. The registration fee also covers a $10 skate-a-thon fee, team picture and an award at the banquet.
NOTE: REGISTRATION MUST BE PAID BEFORE GOING ON THE ICE, UNLESS OTHERWISE DISCUSSED WITH THE REGISTRAR. No post-dated cheques accepted.
